Responsibilities

• Carry out QA testing procedures to guarantee high-quality releases for web platforms and iOS/Android mobile applications.
• Develop and implement test plans and test cases based on project requirements.
• Document test outcomes and collaborate with teams to address and resolve issues.
• Deliver reports and constructive feedback to enhance the overall quality of deliverables.

Skills and Qualifications

• Higher Diploma in Information Technology or a related field.
• At least 1 year of experience testing both web and mobile applications.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities; capable of working under pressure and meeting tight deadlines.
• Practical experience with JIRA.
• Familiarity with tools such as Inspect, Postman, and Charles is an advantage.
• Strong communication skills in both spoken and written English and Chinese.
