Responsibilities:
- Responsible for international roaming network and service development
- Lead and build end-to-end wholesale network infrastructure
- Develop strategies and directions for network solutions and technology evolution
- Own and manage projects for delivery on time and within budget
- Perform data analysis on network performance
Requirements:
- Degree in Electronic Engineering, Information Technology or related disciplines
- At least 8 years of experience in mobile network development, of which 3 years should be at supervisory level
- Knowledge in Mobile Core Networks, IP networking, Telecom Signaling, Roaming, Messaging and IoT
- Professional certification in project management is a plus
