Responsibilities
Lead the design and establishment of standards for office and retail network infrastructure, ensuring smooth delivery, operations, and ongoing maintenance.
Collect and analyze network performance data, conduct in-depth monitoring, and drive continuous optimization.
Develop tailored network solutions aligned with business needs, while enhancing efficiency in network deployment.
Champion the integration of AI technologies into network management, advancing automation and elevating network intelligence.
Maintain and update network diagrams and technical documentation to ensure accuracy and relevance.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or above in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, or related fields.
Strong capability in managing wired and wireless networks, with familiarity across major brands such as Aruba, Huawei, and Cisco.
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in platform development.
Proficient in Python and frameworks like Django.
Hands-on experience in developing network automation solutions.
Skilled in configuring monitoring and alert systems, particularly using the TIG stack (Telegraf, InfluxDB, Grafana).
CCIE or equivalent certification is an advantage.
Innovative mindset with a proactive approach to driving automation and intelligent network operations.
