Assistant Product Manager (Education Product)
Key Responsibilities
Education Product Strategy & Development
Conduct research on the Hong Kong education sector and user demands.
Align findings with company strategy to oversee the planning of education products.
Lead the education team and external collaborators in product creation, pilot programs, standardization, launches, and lifecycle management.
Sales Team Collaboration
Work closely with the sales team to capture market dynamics and sales requirements.
Provide timely updates on product features and propose enhancements.
Deliver product training and ongoing support to strengthen sales performance.
Education Ecosystem Engagement
Actively promote education products to external stakeholders.
Build strong connections within the education ecosystem by participating in industry events and fostering long-term partnerships.
Candidate Profile
Bachelor’s degree or above, with at least 5 years of professional experience, including a minimum of 3 years in the local education industry.
Solid understanding of the Hong Kong education landscape.
Proficient in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English, with strong communication skills across diverse backgrounds.
Responsible, patient, and passionate about education, with excellent interpersonal, coordination, and teamwork abilities.
Capable of working independently and willing to occasionally work weekends to meet business needs.
