Division: IT & Digital Intelligence Enablement Division

Key Responsibilities
Lead the planning and deployment of IT PaaS resource pools, oversee SaaS-layer application operations, and continuously refine operational frameworks to improve service delivery.
Supervise the operation and maintenance of SaaS public applications, driving enhancements in infrastructure capabilities and streamlining operational processes.
Direct office system planning and rollout, define daily operational guidelines, and establish frameworks for employee account management and VPN security policies.
Administer Active Directory domain services and enterprise endpoint devices, manage system patching and vulnerability fixes, and implement rapid response measures for security incidents.
Oversee NGCS and ITSR work order approvals, optimize workflows, and set comprehensive standards for ticketing systems.
Advance AI-driven intelligent operations for public capacity management, refine workflows, and elevate overall efficiency in system management.

Candidate Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related disciplines preferred.
Professional certifications in IT service management, system operations, or information security (e.g., ITIL, PMP) are advantageous.
Minimum of 5 years’ relevant experience, with at least 3 years in enterprise IT operations, maintenance, or technical support.
Skilled in at least one programming language (Java/Python/Go) with proven ability to design and test automated O&M tools.
Experienced in managing public capacity systems such as CMDB, DNS, SSL, and enterprise email platforms.
Strong knowledge of security hardening for mainstream servers and operating systems (Linux, Unix, Windows); hands-on experience with virtualization and container technologies; capable of scripting automation using Shell and Python.
Familiar with applying mainstream AI tools to enhance automation and intelligence in O&M processes.
