Key Responsibilities
Lead the design and evolution of private cloud architecture with a strong emphasis on Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform and Ansible.
Define architectural principles and governance frameworks that promote automation, scalability, and resilience across cloud-native environments.
Architect and implement Kubernetes -based platforms to support containerized workloads, ensuring robust orchestration, security, and lifecycle management.
Build and optimize CI/CD pipelines that integrate Terraform and Ansible for automated provisioning, configuration management, and deployment workflows.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed DevOps best practices and IaC strategies into development and operations lifecycles.
Evaluate and select automation tools and platforms, leading the rollout of scalable solutions that reduce manual effort and improve infrastructure consistency.
Translate business and technical requirements into reusable automation blueprints and declarative configurations.
Identify and resolve operational inefficiencies through architectural improvements and process automation.
Provide strategic guidance on emerging technologies including cloud platforms, Kubernetes ecosystem tools (e.g., Helm, ArgoCD), and distributed systems.
Support governance, compliance, and security initiatives by embedding policy-as-code and access controls into infrastructure automation workflows.
Perform additional duties as assigned by leadership.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
Minimum 7 years of experience in cloud infrastructure or DevOps engineering, with at least 3 years in an architectural role.
Deep hands-on expertise in Terraform, Ansible, and other IaC tools for cloud provisioning and configuration automation.
Strong experience designing and managing Kubernetes clusters, including Helm, ArgoCD, and container lifecycle strategies.
Proven track record in architecting CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, GitHub, Sonatype, and integrating them with IaC workflows.
Proficiency in Linux/Unix systems and scripting languages such as Python, Go, Shell, Node.js, or Ruby.
Familiarity with FinTech innovations, distributed ledger technologies, and cloud-native security practices is a plus.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable strategies.
Fluency in English required; proficiency in Putonghua is advantageous.
Candidates with extensive experience may be considered for a more senior designation.
