Data Analyst/Data Engineer
Responsibilities:
Extract Data from AWS Cloud Services and SQL Server and collaborate with colleagues to ensure timely and accurate reporting of forecasted data.
Maintain and monitor daily system metrics and optimize performance and process.
Ensure smooth system operation, diagnose and fix problems during day-to-day operation, troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to AWS Cloud Services
Manage IT operations including system implementation, monitoring, and development for businesses in Texas and Shenzhen, including arrange staff for maintenance, helpdesk support, and network management and act as level 2 or 3 support to address data and system monitoring inquiries and IT helpdesk support coordination and escalation.
Conduct research and analysis and provide insights and recommendations to facilitate the decision making of management
Requirements:
Minimum 4 years of experience in IT data engineering or software development
Solid experience in AWS cloud services, particularly EC2, and SQL Server for data management.
Experience with monitoring and performance tuning in a cloud environment
Proficient in Python, JavaScript and SQL
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills in Chinese and English communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects and tasks and collaborate with IT team
