Responsibilities
Design and implement analytical models that generate actionable insights to drive business growth and mitigate risks.
Investigate diverse data sources and conduct exploratory analysis to identify the most relevant datasets for solving business challenges.
Engineer impactful features that strengthen analytical capabilities and improve model performance.
Partner with stakeholders to recommend and evaluate initiatives aimed at enhancing operational outcomes.
Build and scale business intelligence solutions tailored to specific use cases.
Develop interactive dashboards and visual reports that clearly present findings to stakeholders.
Serve as a compelling storyteller, translating complex analytics into simple, persuasive narratives for decision-makers.
Keep current with the latest advancements in Microsoft Fabric and Power BI functionalities.
Provide technical and functional support to internal teams using BI tools and reporting platforms.
Collaborate closely with data engineering and governance teams to meet deadlines, align with requirements, and proactively address changes, risks, or issues.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
At least 5 years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence, with strong knowledge of business processes and data needs.
Solid foundation in statistics and experience with advanced analytics methods such as predictive modeling, prescriptive analytics, and machine learning.
Skilled in SQL, Python, and/or R for data extraction, cleaning, and transformation across multiple sources.
Expertise in building, maintaining, and optimizing Power BI dashboards, reports, and visualizations to deliver critical business insights.
Proven ability to analyze large-scale datasets to uncover trends, patterns, and insights that inform strategic decisions.
Familiarity with Azure Databricks is considered a plus.
