Data Manager
Position Summary:
Build data management strategy such as data model, data flow and data standard
Lead a team to carry out data management and data analytics projects
To produce detailed of proposal while applying data architecture best practices and keeping data warehouse big picture and direction under consideration with justifications.
Utilize both internal & external resources to drive BI & Data related projects
To assist in developing database design and architecture documentation for development and management
To support in building an enterprise data management framework / blueprint
Provide business insight to senior management about the new trend in BI and Data related technology
Competence Requirements:
University graduate in Information Technology, Computer Science or in a related discipline
Minimum 7 years’ working experience in data or infrastructure architecture from recognized establishments in financial services and/ or Fintech related industries
Experience in Cloud data architecture
Experience in AI/ML architecture and DataOps e.g. Kubeflow, Airflow.
Solid experience in SQL and No-SQL databases or data warehouses (e.g. MSSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, AWS DynamoDB and AWS Redshift etc.)
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese
