Infrastructure Specialist
Responsibilities
- Maintain, improve and optimize the ATAL WAN, LAN and WIFI network infrastructure
- Manage, implement various storage (e.g. SAN, NAS, DAS, etc) to cope with capacity planning
- Harness virtualization technologies to lower hardware cost, improve efficiency and provide high availability to minimize potential service outage or degrade
- Operate ATAL Email facilities and server/system infrastructure to assure IT services maximum uptime
- Manage, monitor and optimize various cloud platform such as Microsoft O365, AWS
- Protect business data by using various backup strategies to ensure data can be recovered when required
- Design and implement appropriate technologies and security strategy to protect IT infrastructure
- Develop and implement IT disaster recovery strategy to protect IT infrastructure and minimize downtime and data loss in the event of a disaster
Requirements
- Bachelor in Information Technology or related discipline
- Minimum 3 years working experience in IT infrastructure
CCNA, ITIL, MCSE, CISSP or other professional certificate is an added advantage
- Strong technical skill on server and system administration (Windows and Linux), Backup and DR (Veeam), virtualization technology (VMware)
- Advanced configuring of network devices such as Fortinet, H3C, Cisco products
- Experience on IT security products such as Firewall, Endpoint protection, Endpoint management, Email Security etc
- Experience on administering and maintaining AD, O365 (Teams, OneDrive, Sharepoint online, Exchange online)
- Proactive with strong sense of responsibility and result-oriented
- Good analytic and problem solving capacity
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
