Job Description:
- Perform hardware, software & network installation, maintenance and troubleshooting
- Provide onsite or remote support to our customer
- Report to line manager or supervisor on the issues

Requirements:
- Higher Diploma or above in Information Technology
- At least two years working experience in IT helpdesk or deskside support background
- Solid experiences troubleshooting on Windows & Network Infrastructure
- Good problem solving and analytical skills
- Able to work independently, proactively and self-motivated
- Good communication skill in English and Cantonese
- Knowledge in Powershell and firewall is desirable but not a must
- Exposure in the healthcare industry is an added advantage
