Key Responsibilities:
Handle troubleshooting tasks and oversee system performance monitoring
Manage user accounts and implement customer security measures
Conduct system analysis and design for applications
Develop, test, and refine programs to meet requirements
Prepare and deliver necessary documentation

Requirements:
Higher Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline
Minimum of 2 years’ hands-on experience with Kafka
Strong analytical skills and quick learning ability
Excellent communication skills in both spoken and written English and Chinese
