Manager - Business Operation
Major Responsibilities
Manage cross-functional programs and monitor FinTech projects
Prepare discussion papers, presentations and reports for meetings of boards and committees
Provide business support to the FinTech project teams of the department, including resource planning, service agreement review and risk assessment
Assist in developing and monitoring KPIs of the department
Assist the CTSO in preparing and monitoring annual business plans and operating budgets of the department
Requirements
University degree in business administration or management
Minimum 8 years of business operation experience in financial institutions or FinTech industry
Strong business acumen, good analytical, presentation, interpersonal and coordination skills
Proactive, energetic, agile, independent, well-organized and attentive to details
Fast learner with passionate to FinTech innovation and adoption
Ability to deal with both business users and technical personnel
Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, proficiency in Putonghua is preferable
Candidates with less experience may be considered for a junior role
