Job Description
As the Product Lead of its customer-facing digital solutions
Perform design of digital platform models and roadmap, and integration with technology solutions and architecture design to align with the digital product strategy and fulfil business needs
Oversee the product development lifecycle and perform vendor management
Perform user requirement gathering, documentations
Understand the market trend, initiate new features and provide technical solutions for the digital solutions to improve customer experiences
Speak in both business and technical languages to drive consensus with different parties
Requirements
Bachelor in BBA, Information Technology or relevant disciplines
5+ years relevant experience in Product Management
Experience full product development lifecycle
Experience with customer-facing digital products including mobile apps, website, CRM, Omnichannel, eServices etc.
Strategic and able to come up with new features of the digital products to improve customer experience
Experience in large loyalty program
Experience in latest technologies in town e.g. eWallet/ payment
Strong in vendor and stakeholder management
Good command in English and Chinese
Proactive, independent with strong problem-solving skills
