About the Role: We are seeking a seasoned Project Director to lead and oversee large-scale ICT and software initiatives. The successful candidate will bring over 20 years of experience in managing major ICT or smart system contracts. A strong foundation in IT and project management is essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead the end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of complex ICT and software projects.
Manage project teams to ensure cohesive collaboration and effective communication.
Develop and track detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.
Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies.
Engage with stakeholders to confirm project requirements and manage expectations.
Provide consistent updates and performance reports to senior leadership.
Ensure all project activities comply with industry standards and best practices.

Qualifications:
Possess more than 20 years of experience in managing large-scale ICT or smart system contracts.
Hold a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Project Management, or a related field.
Certified in project management methodologies such as PMP or PRINCE2.
Demonstrate strong leadership and team management capabilities.
Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Show advanced problem-solving and decision-making skills. Familiar with standards such as CMMI Level 3 or above and best practices in ICT and software project delivery.

Preferred Skills:
Experienced in both Agile and Waterfall project management approaches.
Proficient in using project management software and tools.
Skilled in managing cross-functional and geographically distributed teams.
