Responsibilities
Design and oversee end-to-end architectures across cloud, middleware, and integration layers
Build cloud-native and hybrid solutions (IaaS, PaaS, containers, microservices)
Provide architectural assurance and ensure scalability, performance, and disaster recovery readiness
Guide database design, schema optimization, and query performance tuning
Implement DevOps practices including CI/CD and Infrastructure as Code
Manage cloud database services with focus on efficiency and cost optimization
Troubleshoot bottlenecks and ensure compliance with data security standards
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and maintain documentation, standards, and runbooks

Requirements
Degree holder with 8+ years in system development or infrastructure, ideally in financial services
Strong knowledge of open-source databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, MySQL, ClickHouse)
Hands-on experience with CI/CD, DevOps, Terraform, Ansible, Docker, Kubernetes
Cloud infrastructure and database management experience is a plus
Passion for learning new technologies and strong technical writing skills
Proficiency in English and Chinese; Putonghua preferred
