Senior Manager (Human Resources)

Key Responsibilities
Oversee the full range of HR functions, including compensation and benefits, recruitment, performance evaluation, employee relations, and staff development.
Contribute to the design of HR policies and procedures, ensuring proper implementation and compliance with statutory regulations.
Conduct market research on HR practices, pay structures, and benefits, and prepare compensation recommendations based on survey findings.
Lead recruitment activities to attract and retain talent, ensuring the workforce possesses the skills necessary to meet business goals.
Prepare annual HR budgets and forecast staff-related expenses.
Manage training initiatives, HR programs, and employee relations issues.
Communicate HR policies and procedures clearly to employees.
Handle additional projects or tasks as assigned.

Qualifications and Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in human resources, business administration, or related fields.
Minimum of 15 years of relevant HR experience, ideally within financial institutions, with at least 10 years in a managerial role.
Strong understanding of local labor laws and statutory requirements.
Demonstrated leadership, analytical thinking, problem-solving ability, and interpersonal skills; proactive and diligent work ethic.
Excellent written and spoken English; proficiency in Putonghua is an advantage.
Strong numerical aptitude with advanced skills in Excel and HRIS systems.
Candidates with extensive experience may be considered for the Deputy Head role.
