Senior Quality Assurance Analyst
Responsibilities:
Create, integrate, and implement new software systems, enhancements, and solutions for the performance testing system.
Quickly grasp the essence and core concepts of the system functions and features to prepare business flows and test scenarios and other business documentations
A key player in the QA department and with your help they will create and execute performance tests for high volumes of tests.
Prepare test strategies and test cases/plans to fulfill testing requirements, and execute related testing, including functional, regression, system integration, and ad hoc testing;
Responsible for the quality assurance of internal tests, User Acceptance Test (UAT), User Manual & User Training, Requirement
Report, track and resolve any problems/issues during the testing process and prepare the defect/summary reports and verify any fixed issues;
Change Request and related items in all phases of system development life cycle;
Continuously improve test efficiency and quality with new technologies and methodologies including the use of automation test scripts;
Perform ad-hoc research & analysis and present results in a clear manner.
Requirements:
At least 7 years of experience in QA teams, especially involved in performance testing.
Relevant working experience in innovation mobile app, Fintech or financial industry is preferred
Familiar with common software testing methods and tools;
Good time management; self-motivated and well organized with the ability to work multitask and under pressure;
Strong sense of responsibility and a good team player;
Attention to details and meticulous thinking is needed to ensure the quality of work;
Strong analytical skills and effective communication and presentation skills;
Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
Candidate with less experience will be considered as Quality Assurance
