Major Responsibilities
Assist in designing AIX system software to meet business and cost objectives
Act as system administrator for SAA, SAG, SNL, HSM, WebAccess, FIN, InterAct, and Browse
Define infrastructure procedures including backup, recovery, disaster recovery, mirroring, HA, security, and 24/7 operations
Install and upgrade system infrastructure; apply security and software patches for AIX systems & SWIFT Systems
Monitor systems, tune performance, plan capacity, and manage incidents and troubleshooting
Maintain up-to-date SWIFT architecture documentation
Ensure high system availability and data integrity through effective recovery and contingency processes
Collaborate with technical teams and vendors on SWIFT setup and configuration
Support application teams with SWIFT architecture for project development
Deliver training and guidance on SWIFT infrastructure and tools
Research SWIFT-related software developments and recommend service improvements

Requirements
Degree in electrical/electronic, computer engineering/science, or related field
At least 7 years of experience in systems administration and support, including a minimum of 2 years dedicated to SWIFT technical administration.
Proficient in AIX and associated system software
Strong problem-solving and root-cause analysis skills
Quick learner with self-study and on-the-job training ability
Excellent communication and able to perform under pressure
Solid experience in SWIFT is a plus, but not a MUST
