(Senior) System Engineer / Team Leader
We’re looking for a Team Leader to support international users across Europe, ensuring seamless IT infrastructure and services. assets management; manage regional and group-wide projects such as new office build project, company-wide project support e.g. Double 11, business-specific project e.g. global user experience improvement; involve in global Merge & Acquisition integration projects working on cross-function collaboration from different business units in different continents, etc.
Responsibilities:
Deliver first and second-line IT support, handling desktop assistance through phone, ticketing system, email, and instant messaging platforms.
Diagnose and resolve individual user issues related to Windows environments.
Provide support for Microsoft Office, Exchange, VPN, SharePoint, end-user hardware, mobile devices, and account/permission management.
Utilize remote administration tools to troubleshoot desktops, laptops, and printers.
Maintain accurate documentation, notifications, tracking, and follow-up for all incidents.
Lead and coach the onsite team across the Asia Pacific region.
Coordinate with vendors to ensure successful project delivery.
Review and update policies, procedures, and documentation tied to projects and operations.
Guarantee adherence to organizational standards, policies, and compliance requirements.
Job Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years’ professional experience within large-scale enterprise environments.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent IT-related background.
Solid expertise in end-user and VIP support, with strong understanding of ITIL practices.
Demonstrated success in managing projects and leading teams effectively.
Proficient in both macOS and Windows operating systems.
Professional demeanor with excellent phone etiquette; independent and mature in approach.
Capable of working under pressure; highly motivated with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Strong skills in data analysis, communication, and interpersonal collaboration.
Willingness to travel as part of the role.
Fluency in spoken and written English, Cantonese, and Putonghua.
