Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced VMware Consultant to join our dynamic IT team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the design, implementation, and support of virtualization and infrastructure solutions, with a strong focus on VMware technologies. This role requires a deep understanding of server systems, virtualization platforms, and enterprise IT architecture, along with a proactive approach to system performance, security, and customer support.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead the design, implementation, and commissioning of virtualization and infrastructure projects.
Deploy, configure, and maintain VMware ESXi, vCenter, and Horizon environments.
Manage the installation and maintenance of hardware, Microsoft Windows, and Linux server systems.
Conduct system performance tuning, health checks, and security monitoring to ensure optimal operations.
Develop and maintain technical documentation, including user manuals, configuration guides, and training materials.
Review and enhance IT architecture, security solution designs, and security operation processes for clients.
Perform patch management and version upgrades across server platforms and virtualization infrastructure.
Design and implement backup strategies and disaster recovery plans to ensure business continuity.
Provide technical support and troubleshooting for service customers, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in systems engineering or IT infrastructure roles.
Proven expertise in VMware technologies (ESXi, vCenter, Horizon).
Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Linux, and enterprise hardware platforms.
Experience with IT security practices, architecture reviews, and disaster recovery planning.
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Strong communication skills for client interaction and documentation.
