System Support Engineer
Responsibilities
Execute installation, integration, and configuration of systems and networks
Develop and maintain technical documentation for infrastructure management and daily operations
Oversee administration and operational tasks across hardware, operating systems, virtualization platforms, containers, storage, software, backup/security solutions, and networking equipment
Implement updates, patches, and corrective fixes
Provide troubleshooting and technical support services
Participate in multiple projects simultaneously and collaborate closely with application teams
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science or a related discipline
Minimum of three (3) years of professional IT experience
At least two (2) years of specialized experience in one or more of the following areas:
Planning and managing site preparation, network sizing, implementation, and associated support services
Performing system installation, configuration, integration, interface management, and performance optimization
Conducting data modeling, maintaining data dictionaries, and building/tuning databases
CCNA, MCTS, MCSA, MCSE, MCITP, MOS holder is an advantage
Strong proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese
