Technical Lead
Responsibilities:
Act as leader of developers in size 5-10 people
Understand functional, migration, security and quality requirements, business process design, workflow design and user interface design
Manage and support the project design repository and system environments
Design programming work units and supervise programming activities
Provide technical support to Developers, and interact with various IT supports
Code, test, debug for channel, mobile and internet banking system
Assist in stress test and user acceptance test activities
Perform peer review of codes
Perform roll-out and conversion activities
Takes ownership of and implements PBIs (Product Backlog Items)
Collaborate with various parties (external vendors and internal teams) for project execution
Requirements:
University Degree in Information Technology, Engineering, or Computer Science related fields.
More than 10 years’ experience in Java development with at least 5 years’ experience in analyst role with application design and 3 years’ experience as team leader with team size over 3 people
Experience in Java development: spring boot, Restful API, microservices
Work with agile method as part of solution development
Experience in developing banking applications
Experience in DevOps, can apply major tools and techniques associated with agile methodology
