UI/UX Designer
Responsibilities:
Apply recognized design principles and industry best practices to establish and execute design requirements using diverse methods such as personas, journey maps, wireframes, and interactive prototypes.
Deliver pixel-perfect interfaces while maintaining alignment with brand identity and style guidelines throughout the design lifecycle.
Create and document UX and UI solutions for responsive/adaptive websites and mobile applications (iOS & Android).
Use conceptual and strategic thinking to craft innovative, practical digital experiences across multiple platforms.
Support Business Development in creative pitches through ideation, mockup creation, and presentation delivery.
Partner closely with cross-functional teams from initial discovery through UAT and final launch.
Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Web Design, Graphic Design, Multimedia, Interface Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in UX/UI design, including at least 1 year in a collaborative, client-facing digital agency or similar environment.
Demonstrated ability, supported by a strong portfolio, to manage complex projects end-to-end and present effectively to senior stakeholders.
Skilled in facilitating workshops, delivering executive-level presentations, and crafting compelling design narratives.
Track record of leading full design engagements: from research and UX flows to wireframes, prototypes, and final visual design.
Advanced proficiency in Figma, with strong capabilities in prototyping, user research, and responsive/adaptive design.
Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong command of both written and spoken English and Chinese.
